I'm at work so didn't play the audio, but how on EARTH could someone be so cold and heartless as to tie their dog up during a HURRICANE..??!!

This makes me feel a little better, read it on the Humane Society's FB page with a picture of the same dog:
This dog was left tied to a fence for several days after the storm because the owners were taken to the hospital. Here he's getting some water and much needed attention. I guess this is a good situation where those of us cynics should not judge people involved in hurricanes and other disasters.. :-/ |

That is so sick that someone would think to tie them up in the hurricane like that. Come on they are your family. Surely you would not tie up your grandma or son or husband if a hurricane was coming so why do you think it is ok to do that to your pet?
