Wonderful news
Congrats on selling so fast and on the new place as well. That's fantastic! I wish the houses here in States would sell in the matter of days. Your new place looks fantastic and roomy. Good luck with a move. We just moved to our house this summer and it was crazy. I'm not a clutterbug and I'm an extremely organized person, but still....so much stuff.... |

Can you give us your secret to selling so quickly?

It was just pure luck that it sold so fast. And to top that off, the only condition the buyers had was the home inspection and since this house is only 10 years old there was nothing wrong in the home inspection either. |

It sometimes is just luck or fate.. Our first house sold on the last day of our listing and the buyer bought it in cash!!! Our second house we weren't optimistic about selling it for a long time, the economy was terrible, no jobs, but... A young couple had to have a house within so many miles of the DH work, in order to get the job, our house was in the radius. Our third house, I thought it would sell quickly, because of area. Size of the house, economy was good at the time, interest rates were good it took almost 2 years to sell it!!!! Nightmare!!! My hubby would love a one story. I like a two, but he's the one with the bad back and knees. Maybe some day???

How exciting! And congrats on selling your other home so quickly! I wish we could downsize and go back to one level. Maybe one day. I can't wait to see more pictures of your new home as it gets more finished. Where are you living in the meantime since your other house has sold and the new one's not finished?

That is wonderful news....and a fabulous new house! Please do post LOTS of pictures
. We downsized also because of my health issues, and we LOVE one level living! It's such a treat to have everything you need in one convenient location. It also helps me to stay super organized....no room to stash stuff .
