Donna - which of your counts are really down? Is it WBC, RBC or Platelates? I've had my WBC and Platelates extremely low after my Cancer Treatments and was finally put on Meds.
PM or email me and I will let you know what they did for me and how long it took to get my counts up. Hugs and prayers for you. I know how "fun" this is -- NOT!!!!!!

Lynn, my hematocrit and hemoglobin are very low. Right now the Dr. wants to find out why this is happening...either my body is not producing blood (?) or I'm bleeding somewhere inside. I don't think they'll give me any meds until the problem is found. I've already had blood drawn to check a few things and if those don't show something, the tests will get a bit more invasive....UGH!! Today is the first day in months that I haven't taken a nap!!

Feeling a bit better, but went to see my GP because of all this congestion I've had for weeks. I'm now on my second round of antiobiotics and if not better by Monday will be on steroids. The right side of my head is slam dunk full and I can't hear! Scans Friday and results and treatment Monday. Getting ready for a quick nap!
