Scan results :o( - Maltese Dogs Forum : Spoiled Maltese Forums

Well, we got the results today and they weren't exactly what we wanted to hear. The Dr. said I have a dark spot in the bottom of my left lung and since I'm on my second round of antiobiotics and I'm not getting better, see thinks it is cancer. Two liver spots have grown again and I think she said 5 additional very tiny ones. I'm going to have one of those scopes that goes down my throat into my lungs so tissue can be biopsied....maybe this week. New chemo which is also oral and Aromasin(sp?) Well I think that's it. Will keep you posted on scope date. Thank you all again for your prayers. Oh, one good thing is my hands and feet should clear up since I won't be on Xeloda!

Donna, I know you must feel anxious for the bronchoscopy-- I'm so sorry that you are going through all of this. Praying for some answers and solutions and that you'd have strength as you endure the next steps.
