I have always prayed that there is a special place in h*** for those sub-human beings who abuse helpless animals and children.

I'm continually amazed and just in disbelief about some of the things I hear in the news. There was a case locally where some young teenagers were throwing rocks at some baby kittens AS THEY WERE BEING BORN. The poor mama cat (feral, I believe) was giving birth and trying to carry her kittens to safety at the same time. This was several weeks ago, and I still cry everytime I think about it. All of the kittens died. I'm not sure they ever reported on what happened to mama.
