Hi everyone. I don't normally ask for prayers, but I really need them right now. I posted this on FB, but decided it may take a village of prayer warriors to help me with this one. I also didn't want to write the details on FB

My Mom is in town for a visit and I have been so excited about her coming. I only get to see her once a year (she lives in Alabama). Would you believe I've gotten very, very sick? I have a fever around 101, coughing up...well you know, sick to my stomach, sore throat and head and my face and ears hurt. All I've been able to do since Thursday a.m. is sleep, eat enough to try to help my blood sugar...and cry. I've unfortunately got lots of allergy and heart issues, so I don't take medicine. I just use my Netti Pot, gargle with salt water and rest. If I go to the Dr. they really can't help me, unless they admit me into the hospital ~ because my allergic reactions are severe to medications.

So anyway, I'm sharing all of this with you to ask for a very specific prayer. Please, please pray that I am well enough to spend all day Saturday with my Mom before she leaves on Sunday. I've been so incredibly lonely since my Dad died a few years ago, and I desperately need a bonding day with my Mom. I just want one day, being a girl hanging out with her Mom. Thanks you guys and hugs of gratitude.

Bridget, I so sorry you are feeling bad, I know this is going around my work. I have had multiple employees out sick, it seems to last a few days. I will pray you are well enough by Saturday to enjoy your mom.

Thanks you guys. Please keep the prayers coming. Temp is down to 99.1. I generally run around 97.6 ~ so we are headed in the right direction. Appreciate you all and the prayers SO very much.

Bridget, I'm so sorry you're sick, especially when you have your Mom there visiting. I know you were looking so forward to her coming. I am praying you get better to get your one day to hang out with her. I wish you wouldn't have gotten sick at all.

You're going to feel better. We are praying for you. Keep in your mind "I'm getting better" and that will help. If you can eat honey the raw real one please try it, it's a natural antibiotics and always help me. Oregano Oil is also great!
