I would also keep the king-size if you have space for it. When Ray and I first married, we got a queen-sized bed and it seemed so big compared to the double I had. About 9 years ago, we bought a king-sized bed and now, anytime we sleep in a queen-size bed, it seems so small.

Lynn I have a double and I am single though with one fluff in it I could do with more room!! Daisy sleeps with her nose stuck in the gap between the two pillows lets say she take up te whole room!!! I'd say stick to the bigger bed

I don't know how your babies sleep, but on one of Gucci's "out cold" nights, she'll take up the whole bed. Sometimes she'll just go lay at the foot, but if you give her the opportunity and she's TIRED, she's sprawled out across the whole thing. And I have a full size bed. If you have three "Gucci's" on your hands, you better put two Kings next to each other

I also have a sleeping partner. But, we recently went from a queen to a king thinking it would give us more room. Wrong!!! It gave the 3 pups more room. They sleep in the middle, one between the pillows, one at our backs, the other at our knees. All sleep sideways, on their backs. My dh and I sleep on the edges, occasionally getting kicked. I'd stay with the bigger bed.

I'd love to have a king size bed. But the queen is sufficient for me and four of the dogs...sort of...

Dolce & I sleep alone in a king sized bed & we love it! lol But if you feel like it's too big for you & your 3 fluffs go for the double! It would be cozier I think; you'll all be closer to each other & warmer when sleeping which is always nice
You could also try sleeping in one of the double beds for a night with them to see what it would feel like! |

I have a queen... I'm in bed almost all day... so I think I'm a very good bed judge
![]() I have a queen natural latex mattress. I will have to ask my parents where they got it. It was from a place that cuts them to order and the layers aren't sewn together so they aren't nearly as expensive as the ones sold in stores... But it is SO comfy and I sleep SO much better and wake up with less pain (which is a huge plus for a Chronic Lymie).... Plus my dogs love it LOL I'd go with a queen for you and keep the double in the guest room....

Being used to a king sized bed,I took the queen sized to Florida when we moved and when I was there alone, with two fluffs, I swear it wasn't big enough... But I hung out in the bedroom a lot in Florida since I'd sit on the bed with my lap top , watch tv and have the fluffs with me...it was more like my couch than a bed! I figure, can't be too rich, too beautiful and have too big of a bed... Even when Al has the flu and uses the queen bed in the guestroom and I have the king bed to myself, the fluffs will still lay up next to me...
Maybe it's because of your memories sleeping with Jerry on that bed? Feels empty...
