Hello from Pa-Very Small Town,called Uniontown.
I Live on 8 acres in the country. Yogi Barks At everything So This Time I Have Got use to saying -It's O.k.--Well The Barking was somewhat differant

We have alot of Deer,and he goes on and on
But I Did not expect to see this---my camera was right by the door--so as i held my pee--i got this!!!

Wow!!! I thought 4 deer in my backyard was something!! I probably wouldn't be going out side anymore!!

Oh my God. He is so cute! Do you think it is a youngster? It was so lucky that your camera was close at hand.

I know it is a pain in the butt, if not down right scarey, to have those guys on the porch, but they are so cute.

My father's friend (in PA) fed the bears on his property and even provided them with a bath tub. They became very tame and friendly. However, he didn't have a little white Yogi bear to worry about.

Don't be too afraid. Black bears aren't very dangerous. He**, my father was within 10 feet of a grizzly bear...more than once. You just need to use common sense...like stay away from the babies and don't RUN. Oh, and if you have something that the bear wants (other than Yogi, of course) drop it and back away.

One time DH and I were camping in King's canyon and a black bear sauntered up while we were eating breakfast at a picnic table. She kept coming closer, so we got up and moved away. She actually sat upright on the bench. First she ate our peaches, and spit out the pits. Then she downed an entire half gallon of milk. My camera was on the table, and I didn't dare reach for it. After she had devoured our breakfast and left us with nothing, she moved on to the next campsite. It was hilarious and worth giving up breakfast.
