The countdown is on.
4 weeks from today and we move into our new house.
 I can't wait!!!! The builder is taking us to pick out our granite for the countertops today. Yay!!!! I'm starting to worry a bit about if Pipper will be fine with the move or will he be upset. He doesn't like me packing and I'm pretty sure he will be nervous when the furniture is being moved but I sure hope once our furniture is in the new house with all our familiar smells on it he will be ok and not sad. It will probably be so confusing for him.

I know from experience that pups do GREAT w/moves! It very much depends on you and how you are doing w/it! Can't wait to see the finished product.

It will be fine. I moved 3 times with my last group of dogs. They all did great! As long as you're there, that's all that matters to them!! I really think they enjoyed exploring their new place too!!

I bet he will do wonderfully, but packing and change can be challenging for some. Bella gets a bit anxious when she sees me getting my makeup on etc ~ it means she might be left.
 Maybe you could get one of those little wrap/sling things (like Mom's wear) and he could lay against you while you are packing and dealing with movers?

How exciting! I am sure the packing process will be a little confusing for him but yes, once he is in the new home with familiar furniture and such, he will be just fine. And, it will be like a new adventure...lots of new stuff to explore and sniff.

Congratulations!! That is very exciting. I am sure Pipper will be just fine with the move. As long as his Mommy is there all will be okay. They adjust very easily. Good luck with the move.

How exciting!!!!!!!!!!! As others said, I'm sure little Pipper will settle in just fine!! In fact will probably find all those new 'smells' a new 'adventure' to investigate!
