hello!
i got arthur at 8 weeks (so even younger) and whilst I didnt have any significant problems. At the beginning I was pretty overwhelmed as he cried the FULL way through the first night but he was fine after. He also had to be taken out so frequently (about once every HOUR or two) but started learning pretty quickly. A lot of people here will say that your baby should not touch the ground till fully vaccinated and this is a valid point but my vet said it was fine for me to take Arthur outside. I go to university as well and when i was out I just set Arthur up in a playpen with water, his crate some toys and a pee pad (we got rid of his after a while cos i Hated the smell) and got somoene to come in and feed him when I was gone for long hours. Good luck! |

Hi and welcome to you juju and your girlfriend!! Your little one is adorable. I agree with there puppy proof!!!! Daisy just got about everywhere when we initially took her home your little one will be smaller so all the nooks and crannies need to be blocked up with something that is safe encase she chews on it. I also advice a bitter apple spray as it doesn't taste nice to them and will save lots of your furniture!!! I had an old top of mine which I wore at night and when daisy finally came home I gave it to her straight away it allows your scent to be on it and her to know your smell. Also get her insured you never know when you might need it and you hopefully may never need it but will save on expensive vet bills.
