I don't think you are going to get much help here. The vast majority of SM members believe that you should get a puppy from a highly reputable show breeder or adopt a rescue. I personally am very much against deliberate breeding of different breeds...for many reasons.
Have you thought about adopting a rescue? Or getting a well bred Maltese or poodle? Several members have maltipoos that they got from rescue. I think they are adorable little dogs, but I deplore the whole trend of "designer dogs."

That's why I don't want to take puppy from there. I was thinking to buy her from a breeder. I was thinking about shelter also. I checked all breeds and do a research which breed is the best for my situation and maltipoo is a winer
I'm in love with bassett but I need to postpone buying this kind of dog till I get a house. When I sow a maltipoo it was a love from the first sign thou

I advise you to learn as much as you possibly can about Malts and poodles. They both require a lot of attention, grooming and special care. They are so different from bassett hounds.
As for those tests...lol I took several and was told that a Malt isn't for me. One test said I should get a Cumber spaniel. Never, never would I want that breed.

It wasn't from the test
the test showed me I should get a Doberman punisher witch I'm petrified I did some research Bout this dog and it looks like it suits me the best. I'm not the biggest fun of small dogs that's why I like a maltipoo. Of course no offense to anyone here! I love pick of all your dogs![]() Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |

No reputable breeder would breed a mixed breed dog. If you are set on a mixed dog, you should go to a shelter or adopt through a rescue. I'm sure you will find lots of Maltese x Poodle mixes there.
As others have said, all pet store dogs come from puppy mills. "Breeders" who sell mixed breed dogs are what we call backyard breeders and only breed to make money or from being irresponsible and having an "oops" litter. Responsible pet owners spay and neuter their pets unless they are showing. Try looking on PetFinder.com for a rescue pet. A lot of members here have adopted rescues.
