I keep looking for a "like" button on these posts, lol.

I'm so glad the vet was wrong about Chelsea's condition! Congrats on the new puppy! She's adorable!

Pretty sneaky of Chelsea to feign illness just to get a little sister. So thrilled that Chelsea is doing well and didn't have the dx they thought at first.

That puppy is off the charts adorable. I bet you can't wait. Yes, it's been a while since you were in puppydom. Start nesting now. Here's this stickie on what you'll need for the new puppy: Putting together my checklist

Thanks heaps everyone.

LOL Snowbody - cheeky of her indeed!

I have everything I'm going to need. I got a new pen as Chelsea's old one (13 years) got ratty in the shed. New crate, bed, puppy pads, toys (haven't had dog toys in a long time!) bowls, training treats, pee pads, puppy shampoo, a soft dog toy for cuddles, collar, and a Square of Lino to put under her pen to protect my wooden floors from accidents. Phew.....
Of course I already have the grooming tools etc.

Chelsea had a play with my mums Golden retriever over the weekend and I was more attentive than usual watching how Chelsea played. She growled once (which she never usually does) when Spirit stood over her and was looking down at her. Spirit was obviously showing her dominance and intimidation which Chelsea didn't like. She played a little and went and layed down and ignored Spirit when shed had enough. So I'm hopeful she will be fine with the puppy.

We are going to see 'puppy' on Sunday and I am sooooo excited. I asked the breeder if I should bring Chelsea. I'm not sure if that is a good idea or not? (We take her everywhere we can)

I've been watching kikopup's training videos on YouTube. Similar to how I trained Chelsea but I didn't use the clicker just the treats. So I'll have to see how the pup responds.

We went and saw 'puppy girl' on the weekend. And finally came up with a name as well as her pedigree name. Phew!!!!!

She is 10 weeks old and sooooo adorable, such a sweet heart. I had so much fun with the puppies and the older dogs that I completely forgot to take pictures! Can you believe it!

Anyways when I get 'official' confirmation of her name from her breeder ill let you all know.)

Only 9 days till 'puppy girl' comes home. YaY!!!!!
