So, to answer your question, I have been tracking Gucci's weight using this scale Looking for a Puppy Weight Chart?.4If you do her 12 week and then her 16, I'd imagine you'd get a basic idea of how big she'll be. Though these charts are never a guarantee because it also depends on genetics. If you know how big the parents were that may also give you an idea of how accurate the chart is.
