Hi,
I'm Pearls Mom, from Pennsylvania. We rescued Pearl March of 2012, she was a "retired breeder". Pearl was in awful shape! Very under weight, matted, afraid of everything and everyone and had only 2 teeth left (after her dental & spay were done the day before we picked her up). She has come a long way in the past 11 months. We still have some issues and a few strange little quirks, but she is a sweet little thing.

Welcome to SM! Thank you for rescuing this little girl. She is adorable and I am sure repays you with lots of love. You did post about her hair and I must say I love the longer hair on my Zoe but she doesn't matt so easily and I do brush and comb everyday. I am sure Pearl with look beautiful no matter if its short or lonter.

Hope you stick around and we get to know you and Pearl.
