I got my new Madan brushes and combs today. I had already bought Kinky Curly Knot Today, a while ago. The fluffs bath day is usually on Sunday, but if I get a new cleaning product;( iron, sweeper, sink cleaner, furniture polish, anything new ) I have to try it!! I thought I'll bath Laurel, since she takes the longest. I had already cleaned house, washed and ironed clothes, raked and bagged a ton of leaves, helped DD carry a queen pillow top mattress down my stairs, carried to the truck, carried up her stairs, got her mattress, and brought hers back to my house, AND made dinner! I used the Kinky Curly Knot today as a leave in conditioner, instead of what I usually use. The conditioner is great for mats and tangles, but Not for a conditioner on a cottony coat. Laurel looks like she exploded!!! My husband was petting her , and said I see why you call them fluffs!! She looks twice the size that she normally does, sort of like a Samoyed !!! Oh well, I'll use it as a Detangler, but not as a conditioner. If any one wants to live 'the big hair days" it would be great!!! On a positive note.... My hands are as soft as a babies!!!!

Deb, that is beautiful fluffiness. If you want to see crazy fluffiness I'll take a pic of Steve when his hair is longer and I blow dry him. He looks like a bichon!! So do you KKNT a thumbs up? I keep his coat short nowadays so I probably don't need it anyway.

I have never used KKNT for a conditioner---only w/tangles or matts. I LOVE it for that.
Kitzi's hair is at the stage where it goes like that when he is bathed. Maybe I am using the wrong product on him? I change around a lot so never thought it might be the conditioner---just the non-cut he has at the moment. Since he had surgery it is difficult to know what to do w/the hair. I know anesthesia affects the hair and he has had more than his fair share. We are on the calendar for a groom on the 22nd. I KNOW she is really going to be upset w/me this time! She always fusses, but she has her work cut out for her this time. (pun intended)

You should see Pippers fluffy head. I want to keep him a bit longer with the cold weather but the hair on his head sticks straight up in the air. How come everyone else's dogs head hair parts and lays down flat?

Kathy, was Pipper's hair scissored or cut w/a razor?
