I've read where some have suggested leaving in conditioner for 5 or more minutes before rinsing. I usually try to minimize the time Leila's wet so she won't get cold. But I would like to try leaving in conditioner longer and was just wondering what you do with your fluffs while you're waiting. I can't just keep her in the sink because it's hard enough while I'm bathing her and I'm afraid she will get too cold if I let her run around wet while I'm waiting.

I have just put a large piece of plastic wrap around the main part of her body and then wrap them in a towel and hold them for the 5 minutes. It keeps them warm and they love the cuddling!

If I want a good condition for Grace I do coconut oil before the bath and give her a KONG. We do that about once a month.

For our every other day baths I do conditioner, but we don't sit in it. Grace gets really cold (even in a towel). So I keep it short and sweet.

I now use the leave in conditioner/detangler.... that works the best.

If I condition for a few minutes I take her out of the sink and wrap her in a towel to keep her warm.

Me too! I use coconut oil about once a month. Their hair look sooooo gorgeous

I put a towel in the dryer before I start. For Soda he has to sit in medicated shampoo for 10 minutes. I wrap him in a warm towel for the time.

How much coconut oil do you use? Is it put in the dry hair? How long is it left in? Does the regular shampoo take it out easily?

I put it on dry hair. I dont have an exact amount, but it has to cover her hair well: roots and tips. I leave it about an hour or two, it depends. I usually dont do it during winter, cause of the cold weather. I do it on summer, I need to apply shampoo twice to remove it completely, but it goes off easily.
