Looks good. I am wondering about the DE. They say Food grade. Not sure that the one you buy at Home Depot or Lowe's is Food grade. I have used Neem but in oil not in powder. I have not use Yarrow (the oil is pretty expensive) [Yarrow essential oil has been traditionally used to treat wounds, heal irritated skin, and reduce bloating and cramping of the intestinal system.] - I have used Eucalyptus essential oil, but not as a flea or tick repellent.

I have not had much success with DE. Put some in my kitchen closet to get rid of the crickets that were in there. Those were smart crickets, they avoided the DE. Put some around the basement of the house outside, still got crickets inside. The Neem I used in a mix to spray some plants outside.

 

Says to wear a dust mask while using, but it's ok for your dog to breathe it in while applying?
I don't think so!
