I have to say that I am appalled by some of these groomers in my area

Well I did hear back from the mobile groomer and unfortunately she does not travel to my area even though it is literally 10 minutes away, lol. I guess my town just falls into the out of bounds zone. I understand completely especially with the way gas prices are. She did refer me to two of her friends who are also mobile groomers and service my area. So I am now researching them online before calling them tomorrow.

Mia's groomer is here in town and I've known Rhonda for years, but this is the first time I've had to use her services and she was great. Mia was very happy when she came out and looked terrific. I didn't stay, but I guess I could have sat in the waiting since the grooming room is right in front of a big window.

I worked as a groomer's assistant for another groomer here in town and when my husband was looking in the phone he read off her name and I said "next". I told him I was going to take her to Rhonda's and he was fine with it because I knew her. He said "but you worked for this other one" and I said "exactly".

If I had the money I would definitely go for a Mobile groomer. The main reason is that there would not be other dogs in the area. Rylee is groomed once a week by me. I could not afford to pay all that money on grooming.
