It's been in the minus here for over a week and I'm a wee bit paranoid taking Sammy out if its just too cold, he loves being out. He's not yet 5 months old. What would you class as being too cold for going out??

Sammy is really a little cutie pie... since he loves going outdoors, perhaps you might get him a real nice warm Coat or Sweater to put on. Do they have a good selection of pet clothes in Scotland??? I know that we have some vendors here on SM you might want to check out their sites.

No he doesn't have booties but I have seen thm at tk max and online I have been tempted !!!, just tiny things with Velcro fastenings xx Ha a a can see ur snotty from here !!! Jk x

I'd say if its too cold for you for more than a few minutes, it's too cold for him. Just play more inside where it's warm.

He's got Scottish blood Laura he's s tough cookie

aw if wee man gets cold keep him in , Albert likes to run the length of the hallway and sniff the air from the windows xx

You could order him a doggie snowsuit

And definitely booties.

For us - for cold weather the fleece lined booties worked best.
