Thinking of Sadie.
I know it is so hard, but try no to worry too much.
Think of all of our little ones who have gone through it fine.
She will be home soon.

The vet just called and said everything went very smooth! She is in recovery and just waking up. I have to wait until 5 to get her which stinks but I am so beyond relieved. Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts today!

Yaaay for Sadie!
I am so glad you heard from the vet.
I think it is better to leave them there for a little while. That way the vet can keep an eye on them and make sure that the pain medication is working okay before they go home.

I know it's for the best but its so weird to be home without my little furball running around :-( I miss her and its only been a few hours. I think I have separation anxiety lol

Oooo, I can only imagine how you'd feel right now...! it still is surgery and I hope(and do pray) that she pulls through well, and come back to you safe and sound! *hugs*!!

It's so hard not to worry, but she will be fine. Lucy had her spay done at the shelter clinic where I adopted her. They must go through them like an assembly line there, and even under those circumstances she came out fine. Expect her to be quiet for a few days, but she'll perk right up in no time.

So glad she did well. I remember how hard that day was when Ben went under anesthesia. So thankful all went well. She's probably in your arms as I type this.
