Thank you Bridgit
![]() He was nervous, poor little Sammie. And I've got Penny home alone and I'm sure she was not happy at first ![]() On a diff note!! Sammie will get a bordetella nasal vac, bec he is in a hosp, (he never had it--lots of you give them I know, but gosh now I'm worried about that one ) I guess it's good bec he goes to a groomer & Penny had hers before. AND tech said if he has the bordetella he only needs a distemper vac every 3 yrs (not yearly). I never knew that? The rabies is 3 yr but that's diff than distemper, right? Whew, at least I have things to this am. It's hard leaving them. He has his little blanket with a stuffed puppy on it (he loves that $2.00 target thing). Sorry for the long post, I know its not a long procedure but I still worry.

I never had any trouble with the nasal Bordetella vaccine, but Dewey hasn't had it yet? He hasn't gone to the groomers yet, All of my other dogs and the ones that I have now get it, and never had a problem.

Hopefully, they will be calling you soon to come get him. Just think of how fresh his breath will be!
Where do you get the CET chews and are they ok for puppies almost 6 months old? Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |

Praying for Sammie today. The waiting is just awful.
I am sure he will be fine and home soon.

Kandis,
It's been so long since I've been on SM, and I see this about Sammie. Have you heard anything yet? Lots of prayers for little Sammie!! Poor Penny, home alone. Hugs, Brenda |

Thank you all for your posts, thoughts and prayers. These procedures are stressful so it really helps to know you all are thinking of us.
Sammie is awake & did great!! ![]() In the past he has always been finished earlier. I don't like waiting all day for a call. Maybe they are busy from holiday backup. Anyway he can come home in couple hours. I know little miss Pen Pen will be happy to see her big brother. Little girl was not a happy camper this am when we left for Vets. I will be happy to see those clean teeth & I hope he does ok with bordetella vac in nose?? But I'm so happy. Geez, I guess my vet knows I'm a kook by now. love you guys!!!
