Tessa is sick - good thoughts and prayers, please!
Tessa has been sick since about 9:30 pm last night and we've been to the ER as well as the regular vet. It's a very long (and messy) story but she appears to be having an allergic reaction to something, most likely Sweetness' prescription food which is chicken-based. She helped herself to that a couple of days ago, opening the pantry door, pulling out the container and taking the lid off, and since she gets sick from poultry, that's the most likely culprit.
She seems to be on the mend, but I am still being a very nervous, upset doggy mommy. I would appreciate prayers and good thoughts for my little tripawd!  Thanks!

Oh Maggie - poor Tessa. That little scoundrel may have learned her lesson the hard way.
 Praying she'll be okay. Did they give her any meds to counteract the reaction? Was it stomach related or worse?

Maggie, I hope your little girl is feeling better soon. My Vet says true food allergies are rare, and not pleasant, so I'm sorry she has one. Sammie is allergic to something
 in grain based foods, but it's only itch/head shaking. Sending positive healing to Tessa. Get well soon Tessa......
