I'm so sorry about the news you've received. However, maybe ...just maybe the aggressive treatment will help and little side affect.
I say this because with my Missy and her dx of bladder cancer the 'statistics' were very dire...regardless of what proticol ( surgery or just wait it out) we decided upon...( which finally was decided to do surgery) she beat the odds! Then we were warned with the follow-up meds that it was highly likely she'd end up with gastrointestional bleeding due to the needed long-term use of the meds.... In fact one specialist said that usually even IF the surgery went well , the follow-up side affects became the 'bigger problem"... and/or recurrence of the tumor. Well she fooled them with that as well! Never had a problem . Unfortunately she had a litany of health issues but her passing was not due to the cancer or medicine saide affects. Sooo never give up hope!! As long as there's a chance at a 'fix'.. then there's hope! "statistics' ...are only that! Will be praying for your precious little boy and for you and your wife as well. I know too well how traumatic something like this is. I look at his darlin little face and it brings tears to know he has such problems... the tears for him but for you and your wife as well....it is sooo hard!

I am so saddened by this news. You, sweet Biscuit, and Ann are in my thoughts and prayers. I sure hope he will take a good corner and goes into remission with the aggressive treatment. Please keep us posted.

I am so sorry your precious Biscuit is relapsing. You and Ann have given him THE BEST care and possibilities
. I will continue to pray for a miracle for your baby boy and for discernment for Dr. Sisson regarding any new medications or Rxs.Biscuit has been a trooper.
