At the vet with Sophie. Noticed a dime size puffy red area by her incision.

Phew! She's okay today was her last pain/ anti inflammatory med day, so they continued her prescription through Friday and will check her again then.

I Had The Same Thing With Yogi when he was neutered about a day later. Of Course I Ran him to the vet.
He Said Nickee Dont Panic-It will be gone in a few days. Well he was right that time.

I Hope the same will be for your Little One. Lets Us Know.

Ashley -- so glad to hear that Sophie is recovering nicely. Soon it will all just be a memory and everything will be back to normal.

I am glad she's recovering well to and that I can add this to an experience I've had in my life. But let me tell you, she is milking it for all it's worth. She refuses to eat out of her bowl, she will only eat from my hand, even without the cone of shame on, and if she's not by my side every second (ie. me taking a child up to nap at work) she sits there and cries, it breaks my heart.
