Default Sophie's Spay

Is tomorrow morning! It came so fast, I'm super nervous. I'm even MORE nervous about how I'm going to keep her calm while her stitches heal. I have to drop her off at 7:30 in the morning. And I won't get her bak till around 4:30 tomorrow afternoon.

On an unrelated subject, I'm having car troubles. Some important sensor in my car is out and needs to be replaced. Yay! :/

My Ivy's spay was this morning so i know how you are feeling! It's almost 1:00 a.m. and i am still up watching her. Wish i had a night nurse to watch her all night! The spay itself went fine but like you I am fretting she'll open up the surgical wound somehow. She has no extrnal stitches.

I'm sure your baby's spay will go fine too but they do keep us worrying about them don't they?! Let us know how your day goes tomorrow!

I will be thinking of Sophie and Ivy and praying that all goes well. It was a week ago yesterday Leila had hers and I know how y'all feel. Leila has done well. The hardest part has been keeping her from jumping on furniture and running around like crazy when she's not in her pen.

Praying for Sophie!

I hope your baby's spay is going smoothly today and she'll recover quickly. This really does seem to be spay week around here.

THREE times now this morning I've walked into the room and found Ivy jumping on her back legs trying to get hubby's attention but he's oblivious. I keep telling him DON'T LET HER JUMP LIKE THAT!!! but it's not getting through. She's obviously feeling better this morning but it still scares me that she's going to pull open her incision. With no stitches there, I don't know how much pulling from jumping it can handle and stay closed. Too scary to think about!

Sophie went in this morning, so far no news is good news. They'll run some blood work on her first and I'll get a call around 1-1:30 about how her surgery went.

Thinking of one & all! I am so glad my two are not big jumpers! I hope you have a collar of some kind handy so you can get some sleep!
