My Poor Widdle Dusty
Had to have a molar and two other teeth next to it pulled yesterday. He has sutures and is in pain. Vet gave us pain meds, but he has to eat with them, but he won't eat because he is in pain. Such a vicious circle.
Last night was awful. After 20 minutes of letting him lick wet food off of my fingers we finally got the pain med in him. He won't eat this morning, so I got on the floor and let him lick wet food off of my fingers again. Hope I haven't created a habit here!

Poor Dusty. You friend Bogie knows just how you feel. He had six teeth pulled a few months ago. Don't worry, it gets better pretty quickly.

Poor Dusty!!
 It will take a few days and then he'll be fine. You might be able to give him some boiled chicken -- pretty soft and you can smoosh meds into it. Tyler got 8 baby teeth pulled during his neuter and he wasn't eating anything remotely hard for a few days. Kisses to the Dustmeister. Is Cat-Hole happy her compadres are back?
