Smile Pipper is home!!!!!!!

He whined all the way home but he sometimes does that in the car anyways. I told him that as soon as we got home he could have a piece of chicken so as soon as we got in the door he ran to the fridge looking for his chicken and gobbled that up pretty fast. He looks pretty pathetic but the vet said that's just because he's so groggy. I hope it's not pain.
I can't think you guys enough for all the encouragement you give in times like this. I love every one of you. You totally understand when I get so worried. It's because Pipper means the world to me. Sometimes it scares me just how much I love this little guy.

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader.
He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

Just checking back before crashing for the night! Great news that he ate---he is going to be fine!!!!! I am not sure about his mommy though--
It is normal to be concerned---bad things happen all the time & esp. w/dentals.
Good night sweet boy!

Glad he is home, it's a wonderful feeling when I get home . He may not be himself for a day or two , but that would be normal.

Phew, now we can all rest easier. He will be loopy, groggy, not himself for a day or two likely but he'll be fine with a healthier mouth. Glad he's home.

I'm glad he's okay. I remember when Daisy had about a dozen puppy teeth removed. Her gums looked ragged at first and I thought it would cause her pain but she healed up fast and ate wet food just fine.
