I think you should try to contact Crystal her screen name is " Crystal & Zoe" there was a thread started by her awhile back about some boots she bought that finally stayed on her baby. Crystal is also a vendor on SM I think the thread was "These boots are made for walking" if you want to try and looking it up.

Good to know. Thanks for posting this. I'm going to check it out as well. Charlie's used to everything with me - even thehats, but booties? Forget it....
Thanks again. |

Which boots have you tried?
I haven't tried them, but some people love those Pawz rubber booties. They're on sale on renspets.com right now but the pricing looks weird--the smallest size (Tiny--but they called it Toy it seems) is priced higher than the medium size. I noticed a few weeks ago that you can get them at well.ca too, but they just increased the price significantly (but then shipping is always free on any size order there). Renspets: Pawz Dog Boots I love the fleece-lined Muttluks on mine and don't have a problem with them falling off. They have velcro around the ankle that you pull as tight as necessary to keep them on. They're all I've used for years and I'm happy with them so I haven't tried anything else. Muttluks: Product Landing Page - Muttluks Hope you find something that works for your little ones. Mine couldn't handle winter here without their boots! |

I haven't bought any boots yet but have wondered if they stay on. I was trying to think of a plan to make them stay on if I get Leila some. We're going camping for Thanksgiving and will be outside a lot and I want to make sure she stays warm. What I was thinking of doing is attaching a ribbon from the boots to her harness...kinda the same idea how they do knitted mittens for babies/toddlers where there's a long piece of knitted yarn from one mitten to the other and it runs up one arm, across the back, and down the other arm and then put the coat on. Am I describing it ok? LOL!

I have tried muttlucks nope. tried neopreen dog shoes nope! those balloon booties nope! I have heard about this lady that sells suspend a boot that clips on to the boots......but kinda aprehensive considering how much it all cost. I am going to the winter woofstock next saturday hopefully, will check out some of the vendors there. but still $$$$ so expensive
