I'm trying to figure that out too. It's one thing to be outraged, it's another thing to take action. I cannot seem to get to the bottom of this to see if it is legit. I was hoping that by sharing it here on SM, some of our Rescue groups might have some insight to share....

Also, why would they announce "by the 17th"? Wouldn't the "breeders" just kill them now?
