I really do have the best dog in the world...
I know we all feel this way, but it's true! Or at least it's a tie! We went to Atlanta for Thanksgiving, it's a 12+ hour drive from Dallas. And Steve came along. Mr Chill is such a rockstar traveler. We had our first stay in a hotel with a pet - no problem. He charmed the pants off of everyone he met, got along great with my Sister-In-Law's labradoodle, no marking or accidents in the house (whew). He treed a squirrel (he's a redneck). But the funniest thing is when everyone loves on him and says, "I want a dog just like this" or "I wish our dog was this size", even if their poor dog is sitting right there listening (this happens all the time)! So Steve has become the poster boy for fluffy lap dogs and rescues everywhere he goes. I just have to laugh because he was a throw away and now he's so spoiled and pampered and loved.
Anyway, we did get one cute pic of the family with Steve, but without the hubby because he was taking the picture.  And Steve with the Bear Bryant statue at the U of Alabama where we stopped on the way:

Celeta....sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving and best of all you were able to bring Steve. I don't go anywhere without Zoe either. He is a lucky fluff to have landed in such a great loving family. Love your pics. You all look great!!

 Steve!  What a good boy  He is no doubt the best dog in the world---tied with Obi! LOL! I'm glad your whole family got to travel together- what a great portrait too I'm going to photoshop myself into that pic next to Steve
