Treat Stealer..
Is there any way to get my little Lily to stop trying to steal her Ella sisters treats? Every time I give the pups treats, I give them each a treat. Ella & Lily will take the treats from me, but Lily will immediately drop hers and go after Ella's treat! I have never let her successfully take Ella's, so I was hoping she might eventually stop? Does anyone have suggestions on how to stop this behavior?

That's funny because my Yorkies are the treat stealers here!! They always try to take the maltese treats and food if I'm not right there.

Nope. Doggie behavior. I wouldn't even interfere unless one looses all the time. Unless Ella never gets a treat, I would not worry. Dogs are goofey..loveable but goofey. Just like kids they always want what the other one has. Try to temper, but not really control.After all, if Lily drops her treat it is free game for Ella. Watch closely, you may see a pattern.

Gus and Grace will both play "chicken" with their bones.... They will slowly chew them while sneaking glances at the other and see who dares to drop theirs first.... then they run and snatch it LOL
It's just the way it is....

Spookie is down right nasty if Kris has a treat, even if given at the same time. I have to pick her up, give Kris his, put her down, then she gets it.
