Blizzard warning today, weather will be starting to turn in the next hour or so, I wont be able to visit the boys at home for lunch. I feel so bad that they will be cooped up so long. Kinda hoping they let us out of work early but not holding my breath for that
I feel aweful-not that they would go out to potty in bad weather if I could get there on time anyway.

Aww that is too bad, I agree early out would be safer than getting caught in it!! Can you please send Central Ohio some of that snow?? At least for Christmas??

kekeke... you need indoor grass patch!I am actually thinking if I can somehow get those grass patches cheap- I've seen rolls of pre-grown grass at homedepot for cheap. Once spring is here, I might hop in and see if I can DIY grass patches. |

![]() Shelly -- it's so funny how the lives of us SM fluff owners revolve around our fluffs. We had snow a little north of us this morning and rain where I live with really bad winds. I woke up about 3:00 a.m. because Lacie was frigthened by the wind and had curled under my arm. Of course, it wasn't comfortable to sleep this way, but Lacie came before my comfort. And I got out pee pads as I know the fluffs won't want to go outside to do their "business". Can't help but laugh at myself too.

I just realize this morning that tomorrow is my day to get up early with them and take them out to potty..... that means, I get to shovel snow in blizzard weather. I have tried to potty train them on the potty pads but they just aren't getting it. I wish now, that I would have started out that way but it is funny, it all does honestly revolve around them.I am a little nervous about the drive home tonight, hoping they give us the ok to leave early, I don't live far but I'm terrified of driving in snow/ice. My boss believes there is a real chance we will be closed tomorrow, which, never happens. I guess we'll see! I would share this snow with you all if I could

Shelly -- I lived in Iowa for 5 years. I moved there from Phoenix and had NEVER driven in bad weather in my life. The first year I was there, I "ditched" the Van going from Waterloo to Cedar Rapids to pick up family at the airport that was coming in for Christmas. Hit black ice on the freeway and ended up in the medium. It was 3 days before they would let me pull out. 39" of snow that December. UGH!!! Remember it well.
Praying that you get home safely. I know it's scary. |

I hope you get home safe! It's about 75 degrees outside Dallas right now, but back up in Washington it started snowing JUST after the plane took off. I call that good timing!
