Had to laugh at Naddie this AM... - Maltese Dogs Forum : Spoiled Maltese Forums

I had cleared her potty-parlor last night for her last 'outting', but this AM, of course, it had all filled in. Naddie had to go out earlier than the norm and I hadn't had a chance to clear the second piling. I could see she felt it was "urgent" and I tried to quickly shovel down the steps to get her potty area cleared for her, but she had to REALLY go!, and apparently I was too slow! ....so she pushed past me ( she was hooked on her line already) and ran down the steps and into the deep snow off the patio and then proceded to clear the area herself with her back legs ( like they often do AFTER potty)... once she had a little space she went ahead and did her business LOL
Hmmm wonder if I can get her to help me with the front walks! LOL

Actually we didn't get as much as I expected,,,, about 10"...and though we didn't get the bad winds we did have some, so there are areas where it had drifted to deeper accumulation. Right now the sun is actually trying to come out! : )

Well, actually, she's not normally the sharpest piece of cheese on the platter LOL... sweetest little pooch you'd ever meet!!!! but not an 'Einstein" ( said lovingly of course ! ) but I did think that was pretty smart on her part.

I've had moments where I couldn't hold it one second longer.

So I think you have your new caretaking service. Maybe you can rent her out to your neighbors to "plow" their walks and she can earn her spoiled keep, Terry.
