Well, maybe not so weird LOL
i just ordered dick Vanpattens natural Balance food. Now, i have a cat, and he will not stay away from the dog food that i leave down all day for Brooklyn. Will it hurt him to eat this? |

Cats need a higher protein food than dogs do!

true, cats need more protein, but its okay if the cat has a little of it. however, more importantly, cats need taurine, which is not typically found in dog foods in high enough concentrations to cats.

If your cat has a few pieces of the dog food it will not hurt him, but dog food is not nutritionally balanced for a cat so your cat will still need to eat a full portion of cat food.
