Lucy has been on NB food for quite some time because of digestive sensitivities. I have to say, despite some issues that I've read about, I am very impressed with this company. When I e-mailed them a question several months ago about refrigeration requirements of the treat rolls, they CALLED me to talk about it. Now, recently I e-mailed them asking if they have sample sizes of their new Potato and Rabbit formula. (I usually can get sample sizes of various formulas from Petco, which I use to make sure she will tolerate a formula, but Petco said they haven't received them for this formula). I was surprised that I didn't hear back from them--it's been about a week or so. Today, a large, heavy box was delivered from Natural Balance--TWO boxes of 4oz. sample size bags of Potato and Rabbit LID food). 25 bags in each box.--12 pounds of food. Amazing. I feel a little guilty keep it to tell you the truth. I may donate some of it.
Anybody interested in trying the new formula?

That is very impressive, i just wish their ingredients were all sourced and processed in the States. I have one that is allergic to all poultry (if it has feathers she's allergic) she did so well on the NB LID, i sometimes think about putting her back on NB LID because she did so well.
