I usually feed Chloe some canned food with her dry food. She is currently eating NB Potato & Duck dry food and Merrick canned food. Merrick was the only canned food she would eat until I tried Old Mother Hubbard Cupboard Creations one day when I was unable to get her the Merrick. She loved it!

I only tried it the one time last week but I was wondering if this would this be considered a good food?

These are the ingredients:

Chicken, Chicken Broth, Water Sufficient For Processing, Chicken Liver, Egg Whites, Potatoes, Potato Starch, Peas, Carrots, Eggs, Guar Gum, Red Peppers, Celery, Natural Flavor, Sodium Phosphate, Minerals (Iron Proteinate, Zinc Proteinate, Cobalt Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Manganese Proteinate, Sodium Selenite, Potassium Iodide), Vitamins (Vitamin E Supplement, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin B-12 Supplement, Vitamin D-3 Supplement, Thiamine Mononitrate, Biotin, Riboflavin Supplement), Choline Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme.

Thanks

I haven't tried it myself because of the chicken and grain issue with Hunter but my friend's dog loves it and enjoys her treats a ton. She has been eating it for at least a year if I remember correctly and has had no side effects such as stomach aches or allergies.

I thought Old Mother Hubbard was made by Wellness or vice versa. Anyway, in the 2007 Whole Dog Journal listing of good wet foods, Wellness was listed and its website was oldmotherhubbard.com. In the 2009 listing, it has Wellness Natural Foods & Treats at wellnesspetfood.com. so I guess it's two different companies. Regardless, I feed mine OMHubbard and they like it just fine. Actually, I've fed mine just about everything at the store and they like it just fine. Tanner has to have the low protein and little Frankie doesn't care as long as it's food>
