Leila Goes West! (Our Trip to San Diego) - Maltese Dogs Forum : Spoiled Maltese Forums

I thought I'd share some pictures from our trip out to San Diego. Leila did great on all the flights (we had layovers in Atlanta both ways) and was an absolute hit with everyone. We finally got to go for walks each day, since it wasn't cold! At one pet supply store, they loved her so much she got a bow, toy, and collar for free! Someone also invited us to a salon where they were doing $15 hair cuts, where the proceeds were going to the street dogs they rescue from Mexico. There, we put $2 into a raffle and won a $25 gift card to PetSmart! They also gave us two goodie bags with full-sized Paul Mitchell hair stuff and a bunch of Biolage samples! Not bad! Leila is my lucky charm.

I love the pictures! San Diego is one of my most favorite places.
Did you get a chance to eat at the Fish Market that is right next to the Bob Hope tribute? It has a great view and has yummy Ichiban (and a great rum and coke).

It is so great that you got to take Leila with you on your trip. I love the picture with her sleeping on you. That is so sweet

Ashley - what great pictures.

You looked like you had so much fun and isn't that weather so nice after the northeast this year? I'm heading to San Diego in 10 days for a shoot there for three days. Any good hotel recommendation? I'll be shooting in the city. Don't think I'll have time to sightsee but have been to SD a few times. I love it there.
