I get such a kick out of your little ball girl. I have one named Mandy. God forbid, you ever leave a ball behind somewhere!
Because, we had to drive back to the hotel to get Mandy's ball. Snail mail wasn't an option for her. Sooo glad Matilda got her ball back!

I think it is those little black noses that gives our furguys this ability. If I put a toy on top of our TV chest where the top of it is eye level for me, Shoni can find it. I'll find him dancing on hind legs all excited looking up in front of the chest and wonder what in the world, because I've forgotten about the toy I hid--but he knows!
Same thing with the sewing machine. If a stuffed toy gets a hole I put it on the sewing machine until I can try and sew it up. It may be there for days, then suddenly one day Shoni is all excited and actually leads me into that room trying to show me something. He jumps up and down looking up there and low-and-behold there's a toy. Smarts are there for sure---but so is a great nose! ![]() ![]() Don't you just love these sweethearts!
