Oh look at you sweet girls! I know we have asked you before, but Pat...please please let us know of anything specific that you need. Do you need blankets, beds, or what? I, like so many others, want to help, but we need for you to tell us what you need. You are a very loved member here...so open up and tell us how we can help.

The stuff I lost is mostly blankets and beds and my maden brushes, I think. Their clothes were upstairs and safe. I'm hoping my grooming table is ok...it came off the truck today but i didn't have time to check it out yet.
I had a bar in the family room and instead of bar "stuff" I kept my dog stuff in there....volunteers helped throw everything away, and so it'll be a while before i realize everything that was lost. All the nice beds that I kept in the livingroom floor are gone, but honestly, we are still so unorganized...I don't know what I have and what I've lost. For the last month or two we've lived without most of everything...the pups even eat off of paper plates, just like us. No sink to wash dishes in yet....

Oh, how adorable they look in their little dresses! I had just joined here right before that horrible storm, so I'm not really sure who all was hit by it on SM. If there's anything I can do, please let me know!!

I always kept blankets on hand for chilly days, or to cover their crates or stroller while at shows, etc.
Some were small and fluffy, some were like baby receiving blankets and some were more like throws. Now, I need your opinion on this....my Pet Gear jogging stroller was under water and full of mud, but I didn't throw it away. I'm thinking I can clean it out with a power washer - what are your thoughts on this?? Thank goodness my good stroller was with me and is safe and sound. Yes, I have two strollers, one for every day (kept in the garage) and one for pet events, shows, etc (kept in my car). I lost all Abbey's beautiful bows, but then I had cut her top knot off a few months ago so I don't need them...just wish I had given them away before this. Baby wash cloths and bath towels!!! OMG, that's right, I lost all of those too!!! Like I say, as things get back to normal, I really find out what's missing.

Pat, I think you'd be fine with really scrubbing and disinfecting the stroller thoroughly. BTW, I will be making a special bed for your babies.
Be looking for it in the mail in late Dec, first week of January. Please message me your address. Hugs.

Paper plates
![]() Oh my, we'll keep that between us. ![]() ![]() Sounds like they might not need to be quite as spoiled as they were. Isn't it amazing what we can make due(hmm, is it do or due) with when we have to? Makes you know what's important in life and what is merely window dressing. Pat - your only issue for the stroller once it's well power washed could be rust. That could be the one big problem. Wonder if you might get in touch with the company who makes it and ask them. Maybe before the holidays they'll have a big heart and replace it. Doesn't hurt to ask I'm still soooo happy you evacuated.I know a lot of us have been delaying sending you anything until the renovation mess is over. There's usually so much dust and dirt from sanding etc that it's better to wait than to have that very fine dust all over everything.
