Pat - it's looking to me almost just like it did at this past June's puppy party. Miraculous!! So happy!!! So wait...don't you have to find out if you have to put the house up on stilts before you work on the bulkhead?

Pat, it looks beautiful! And so glad that the house will be "raised" instead of "razed"!
I'm amazed at how quickly it all came together and how wonderful it all looks again - just like I remember it!

Pat, your home looks beautiful ... very warm and cozy looking!
Here it is almost the middle of January and finally the repairs will be started on our home!(from Superstorm Sandy). State Farm has also approved a new roof ... and, that work, plus the flashing on the window box will be done, hopefully, in the next two weeks ... just praying we don't get snow. Then, we will start repairing and remodeling the whole living room. I will have to send before and after pictures! It will be interesting to see how your house is raised. Take lots of pictures! I have seen in a movie how it is done ... I find it fascinating how they can lift a house up without it falling apart!

Pat your renovations look amazing
 I remember when Gary and I did our home in IL, we thought it would never end but after done it was so lovely to sit back and enjoy, so glad you can now do that with your babies too
