Totally precious! Our Lucky Boy (now at the bridge) weighed around 50 lbs and he was brilliant and beautifully patient with Lady Bella (who was quite the tiny tormenter) lol! Big and small dogs together can be best of friends. BTW, Lucky's last action (before we had to take him to be sent the Rainbow Bridge
) was to come over and kiss Bella on the nose. I'll never forget that. It was like a passing of the torch from one fluff to the next.

I agree big dogs and little dogs can do wonderfully together. My 80 lb. Golden and my 8 lb. Maltese were best friends. The big Golden was always oh so gentle with the little fluffball, even when she was a bouncy (but very large) pup. Just have to know the dogs.
