I'm ready for Monday....

Gracie approved her new laundry basket.... erm... I mean princess bed. She took a nap in it this afternoon. This will be her "home" for the next week. My sister gave me a mesh stroller cover that fits perfectly over top to help keep her in at night.... So I can sleep

Thank you again Benny & Emma for the super soft blankie....

Got her bandage supplies all out and organized.... Extras on the shelf below.

Laundry basket disinfected and ready.... Favorite toys washed... Onesies, some of her favorite munchies...and the cone I made her (matches some of her onesies)

Gracie modeling her cone.... I made it pretty and pink and soft.... but... it's still a cone

Folds over for her for less obstructed view

She wasn't impressed... sat there very still LOL

Tomorrow.... bath and a clip.

That is the nicest cone I've ever seen! It looks more like a fashion accessory than a medical device!

Gracie looks just precious-- what a doll-baby. That's also a lovely cone, Sylvia! I'd love to be able to make those -- can you tell me where you found the pattern?

You are so prepared. I was still frazzled when I dropped her off, and I'm a planner!

Also, you are a goddess of the sewing machine, and I envy that.

Looks like she's all ready! Great job on the cone too! I had planned to make Leila one of those soft rings (forgot what they're called) to go around her neck for her surgery. But then I wound up having surgery on my cervical spine the week before and wasn't able to sew. So she got stuck with the ugly e-collar. Oh well, it's easy to clean and she only has to wear it less than a week more.

First Those Pictures of your gracie are Stunning She Is Just adoreable. Ready You are**** The Cone Blew Me Away, Oh Would I Have Paid Any Price For That. I Never ever seen one like that.

You could sell those to every vets office there is. Talent all the way.
