What A great Job You Have done-Its People like you that open their home and heart-to these little ones so they have a chance for a good life. You should be so proud-She is just a cutie pie.

Thanks everyone. It hasn't been easy, there have many times I felt like giving up.
She still has issues, and probably always will. Right now the middle of the night barking is the big one, she had stopped but sadly has started up again. House-breaking, at least is coming along, still an accident now & then, but given her past life, she is really doing good.

Just a thought...where does she sleep? If she doesn't sleep in bed with you, how about trying a radio right next to her bed with classical music playing softly next to her? That might help drown out "sounds of the night" that may be setting her off to barking, or if it's just stress barking, soothe her so if she wakes up she just goes back to sleep. |
