Liberty 9/11/2001 to 11/19/2012
My Liberty has gone to heaven. As some of you may remeber I adopted her July 2010 and in Febuary 2011 she was diagnosed with kidney decease. This past month she turned for the worst and was in and out of the hospital receiving fluids but her red blood count was just to low to keep giving her fluids. We started giving her injections of erythropoietin but it was to late. She was at home with us when she went heaven. Bless her little heart she fought so hard and with such pride. She lived up to her name Lady Liberty. I know she is resting and is out of pain but our family is not the same without her. Rest in peace Liberty I love you so much. You will always be in my heart.
Sorry I have not posted in ages but I do read spoiled maltese every day.

I'm so sorry for your loss of sweet Liberty. I know your hearts are heavy, but no more pain or sickness for your sweet baby. Run free and play Baby, at the bridge.

Mary - I'm broken hearted.
 Please accept my sympathies. I well remember when you got Liberty.  I'm so sorry that the kidney disease finally got the better of her. Aren't you glad she was a part of your life though? She was so lucky to have landed in your loving home. Try to remember the good times and the difference you made in her life. We miss you here.  How's live been on the mainland?

Oh, Mary ... I am so sorry. Lady Liberty was such a beauty. The picture of you and Liberty together is beautiful ... the deep bond of love shines within both of you.
I think it is a blessing that Liberty was home with you when she went to Heaven. Mary, I wish I could take away your pain. I pray Liberty's angelic spirit surrounds you with feelings of love, comfort, and peace ... and, reminds you what a wonderful Mommy you were to your darling angel. Love and Hugs ... Marie
