I have recently switched my Lucky to Welness small breed. He was on Paul Newmans Organic Food. Does anyone know about wellness. It seems as though Lucky is eating so much more. His bowel movements are more smelly are larger. Also he is drinking a ton!!
I am always worried with food. He was fine on the Paul Newmans, but I was told it wasnt so good.
What can I feed him? He likes smaller bites. I am so lost!! Please respond. Pam

Sounds like the food does not agree with him. Many people have similar poop problems with Wellness.

This is only my opinion and I know nothing from experience. I just started Dixie on Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula, Small Breed. Dixie loves it and I thought the ingredients sounded good. I was thinking of switching to the Blue Buffalo Wilderness just because the ingredients sound even better to me. It will be probably 3 months before the bag I just started is gone so I have time to think it over. I'd like to get a sample of it to see if she will eat it as she loves the currant food so much. When she first started it she would pick out her puppy food that I mixed in with it. She's been eating that puppy food since she was at the breeders. Iams EVO for small breeds sounds good to me too. I think you are right in leaving the Paul Newman food from reading the reviews of it. Good luck to you and to Lucky.
