I do not do any treats any more because of all this scare 
just bake up organic chicken breast twice a week and then cut in little pieces - much safer and they love it

Thank you for posting this!!! I have a bag in the pantry. I'll have to go check the date on it as well. 
I have to take mine back in. It's the bad date. They've gone through about 1/4 the bag since I got it, and so far no bad things have happened, but I'll take it back just to be safe.
