Here's the scene at our house right now:

Arf Arf!! Grrr...scamper scamper... RUN!! Grr...Arf arf!! RUN! ...repeat. Insert crashing miscellaneous furniture, etc. as needed.

All of this craziness is inspired by a single Merrick Flossie, and two pups "fighting" over said flossie. (it's just play fighting) But, they both really want that one flossie. If one turns their back for a second, the other snatches it. Guess where I will be going tomorrow? In search of more flossies. Maybe I will give them out one at a time... HistericalSmiley.gif

smrofl.gif you only have one ?!!! w00t.gif you are in big trouble , LOL it is nearly impossible to cut those in half smstarz.gif but maybe you could try
Sophie
OMG, do I know what you mean. biggrin.gif Although we have numerous flossies and bully sticks available - it always seems they both want the same one.

Sophie has developed a new strategy if Annie has the one she wants. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it.

Annie was happily chewing away and I saw Sophie watching her. Sophie sniffed the one she had, but wasn't interested. So, Sophie hops up and runs toward the front door and barks one time. As soon as Annie hopped up to go back up her sis Sophie turned and ran as fast as she could, snatched up the stick Annie had had, and as she settled on the sofa to chew I could have sworn I heard her say - nay na nay na boo boo!!!! w00t.gif Sophie had totally faked her out. She's done it a couple of times since and Annie falls for it every time! smrofl.gif

Rosie does the same thing to Toby. She doesn't move though, she just barks as if she hears something. So of course Toby jumps up and starts barking and she steals it! Sophie and Rosie must be related.

Haha! I know that scene so very well. No matter how many flossies or bully sticks I have around, which ever one the other has is the best! Usually Pixie is more easy going about it and will chew on any of them, but Jazz sees her with one and has to have THAT one. Sometimes Pixie will do the same. His strategy is pretty straight forward. He just overwhelms her with his bigger size and steals it. She's a little more clever about it. She will go grab another chewy and stand right in front or him and wave it around. He will hold out as long as he can and then eventually drop the one he has to steal hers. At this point, she darts past him and trots off with his as the victor. Other times she just gets behind him and pulls his tail as hard as she can. When he gets tired of it and goes to chase her, same thing. She darts around and steal the chewy. I have hours of free entertainment with these two!

That is so funny, my 4 lb Yorkie is so docile, but she gets on her high horse if someone has a bully or flossie that she wants. She turns into a Doberman!!! They always play fight until those things come out and then they take it to the mats!!!

LOL you are not alone! I buy a large flossie and cut it in 1/2. Each dog gets one, but Emma is brutal! Little miss bossy pants always has to take what Benny has. Benny, on the other hand, likes what is his and never tries to take Emma's flossy. It can be total chaos w/those flossies!!!
