We just use TF (I don't think it is plus) & it has helped Lisi in the past immensely.

I remember when Suki first started throwing up, I started her on an immune booster thinking her immunity was low but it ended up over stimulating her immune system that was already in overdrive. She hadn't been dx with IBD then. She ended up 2 weeks later in hospital for a week, just barely hanging on to life.
My holistic vet at the time told me it was the worse thing I could have given her, probably escalated her disease. If only I knew then, what I know now.
I'm very hesitant on anything that boost.
Key word holistic vet said was "balance". That has stuck with me ever since.

Joanne, I am so happy for you and Ling ... that she is going to be okay. I can only imagine how stressful this has been for you ... with waiting for the results.

Please give that sweet fluff baby some gentle hugs and kisses from me.
