Default National Specialty Show Donations

I'm starting a new thread for this. As any of you who know me, I have spent quite a bit of time fund raising for GME after I lost my girl Lola to this disease. Don't know what GME is? Click here:
Inflammatory brain disorders of dogs: GME, NME, NE and SRMA (Proceedings)

To that end, I have joined the AMA and availed myself to the Health Committee. We have made some good donations to current research. But what I am really excited about is that this year at the Maltese National Specialty Show we are highlighting GME. We are having Dr. Renee Barber as a speaker on the topic of Maltese Encephalitis. I am so proud to be part of this organization that strives to improve our beloved breed!

If you have never been to a Maltese Specialty Show you should know that one of the big things we do (as well as look at gorgeous dogs all day long) is fund raising. Both AMAR and the Health Committee have raffle tables and can raise some serious cash for these arms of the AMA.

So...I'm here asking for donations to the Health Table. We need to support this committee that assists in improving the overall health and welfare of our Maltese breed. We are looking for new items that can be bid on in the raffle. Please send to the following address:

Laura Miller
10314 LaFoy Drive
Huntersville, NC 28078

Be sure to mark...FOR HEALTH TABLE

Thanks in advance! I know SM people have always been the most generous!

People do all sorts of things. But remember people have to be able to get it home. Ive seen dog beds, lots of clothing items, grooming sets, gift certificates, blankets, jewelry. You name it. Anything is appreciated!
